The Fremont Police Department and the Deaf Counseling Advocacy and Referral Agency (DCARA) are hosting a special Coffee with a Cop event on March 16, 2019, from 10am- 12pm. We would like to extend this special event to deaf community members who live, work or attend school in Fremont. Please join us for casual conversations, coffee and donuts. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, share concerns and get acquainted with police department personnel.
