All roads in Petaluma open to through traffic. 
All of the flooded roads in Petaluma are now open. The last remaining vehicle that was caught in the flooded waters on Stony Point Road was towed away. Auto Center Drive was the last road to reopen.
Additionally, the eastbound lanes of Washington Street near Howard Street are now open. The building that was struck by a vehicle has been temporarily secured to prevent collapse.
