On 02/21/2019 at approximately 1415 hours, a hiker was hiking in Anthony Chabot Regional Park, on the Golden Rod Trail, east of the Clyde Woolridge Staging Area, when she was bit by a dog.  The dog owner did not remain at the scene and the hiker was not able to get any information from the dog owner. The hiker sustained a moderate leg injury.
 
The dog owner was described as a light skin female adult, about 5 feet, 11 inches tall, slim build, with brown eyes, and brown shoulder length hair. At the time of the incident, she was wearing a black jacket, dark pants, and white tennis shoes. 
 
The female was with two dogs, one was an unknown breed, black coat, medium size, with a short upright ear with brown fur on the inside and light brown stomach. The second was a yellow Labrador.
