The Pomona Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred on the 1300 Blk of West Third St. in the City of Pomona. A shots fired call was received at approximately 7:10 pm.
Arriving officers located a juvenile suffering from gunshots wounds. He was treated on scene by LACFD and transported to Pomona Valley Hospital, where, unfortunately he succumbed to his injuries.
Detectives are actively investigating the case.
