15 year old juvenile, Pomona Resident

Narrative:
The Pomona Police Dispatch received a call of two suspects that were actively attempting to force their way into a home in the 1000 block of E Alvarado St. The caller advised they were hiding inside the home.
Officers were immediately dispatched to the area. As they were arriving on scene, the caller advised they could still hear the suspects inside the home. The first two patrol officers went to the rear of the property where the suspects forced entry into the property.
As they approached the home, both suspects were beginning to exit. Upon seeing the officers, both suspects fled back into the home. The juvenile suspect was apprehended immediately. The second suspect attempted to exit the front door. As the suspect exited, a Pomona Police K9 officer and his K9 partner were waiting for him. The suspect immediately surrendered and was taken into custody without incident.
Both suspects were charged with Residential Burglary.
