On February 22, 2019 at 11:11 PM officers from the Green Bay Police Department responded to 2324 Preble AV for a report that a male that was shot. Officers arrived on scene and found Federico A Abarca 11/29/2000 in the parking lot of the apartment building with an apparent gunshot wound. Ararca was transported by Green Bay Metro Fire Department rescue squad to St Vincent’s Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Four persons of interest were taken into custody later on Saturday February 23, 2019 and interviewed by investigators. The suspects will appear in court this afternoon at 2:30 pm.
