* WINDS...West 25 to 35 mph with gusts around 60 mph, except 40 to 50 mph with gusts up to 75 mph for elevations above 3000 feet along the Blue Ridge Mountains.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Minor structural damage is possible.
