High winds are forecast for Sunday morning throughout the evening. As always during emergencies we advise that you prepare for extended power outages. Some ways to prepare include:
1.Fill some containers with water and place them in refrigerator and freezer - it will help keep food cold during a power outage.

2. Make sure you have medications and plan for family members with disabilities or have ill health.

3. Keep gas tanks as full as possible, power outage can cause gas stations to be unavailable.

4. Keep a key to the house - the garage may not open if power is out.

5. Have extra batteries on hand, flashlights available, food that does not require heat.

Please remember to stay away from down power lines and do not fences that may be charged by down lines.
