Three suspects are arrested after deputies locate them in a stolen vehicle

David Munoz, 31 YOA, Resident of Banning
Frankie Aguayo, 36 YOA, Transient
VICTIM: Male resident of Redlands
SUMMARY:
On Thursday, January 21st, at approximately 2:19 am, while conducting patrol in the area of California Street and Wildwood Canyon Road, deputies located a stolen vehicle as it pulled into a gas station. Deputies contacted and detained all the occupants.
Investigation revealed that suspect Josiah Cosner had stolen the vehicle in Redlands earlier in the night and he, Frankie Aguayo and David Munoz then drove the vehicle between Banning, Redlands and Yucaipa before being contacted and detained by deputies. All three were arrested.
Josiah Cosner, who was released from custody only one day before this arrest, was booked at Central Detention Center with bail set at $100,000. David Munoz had multiple warrants, including domestic violence and narcotics warrants and is being held on $75,000 bail. Frankie Aguayo was booked on multiple misdemeanor warrants, including drug and theft warrants. He was released from the jail on citation.
