On Sunday, February 24, 2019 from 5am to 10am, a modular building (19’H x 36’W x 95’L) will be relocated from 45300 Warm Springs Blvd. to the Southwest corner of South Grimmer Blvd at Old Warm Spring Blvd. The move is broken up in to four (4) phases, resulting in intermittent closures of Warm Springs Blvd, S. Grimmer Blvd, Osgood Rd, Automall Pkwy, Fremont Bl, and Old Warm Springs Bl. The affected roadways will be re-opened at the end of each Phase (i.e. Phase 1 roadways will be re-opened once Phase 2 begins). The intermittent road closures will began at approximately 5am and should conclude by 10am.
- PHASE 1: Northbound Warm Springs/Osgood Rd to Automall Pkwy
- PHASE 2: Westbound Automall Pkwy/between Osgood Rd and Fremont Blvd
- PHASE 3: Southbound Fremont Blvd to Old Warm Springs Blvd
- PHASE 4: Old Warm Springs Blvd to S. Grimmer Blvd
