TRAFFIC ADVISORY: The Vanity Fair Oscars Party returns to Beverly Hills. Starting at 3PM on Sunday, 2/24/19 , there will be delays on North & South Santa Monica Blvd from Rexford Drive to Crescent Drive. The 400 block of N. Crescent Drive between North & South Santa Monica Blvd will be closed through 2/28/19.
