* At 911 AM EST, Gauge on the Soque river is just above flood stage
due to heavy rain overnight.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Clarkesville and Demorest.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

water-covered roadways, bridges, or low-level crossings. Only a few
