The traffic (yellow) lights at N 14th/Erie Ave are not operating properly. Please, see full text msg for details. 
The Department of Public Works has advised that the yellow lights at Erie Avenue at N.14th Street are non-operational in three directions. The lights will cycle green, to no lights, to red. Please be aware of this and use caution when driving through this intersection.
