* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze expected.
* WHERE...Delaware, Philadelphia, Eastern Montgomery and Lower Bucks counties.
* WHEN...From 7 AM to 9 PM EST Wednesday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
