The city of Mount Vernon is declaring a snow emergency beginning at 10:00 p.m. tonight February 19, 2019 through 12:00 p.m. Thursday Feb. 21st 2019. Please remove all vehicles from designated routes. Vehicles that are not removed will be ticketed and may be impounded.
