* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 7 inches expected...with locally higher amounts possible. East winds of 5 to 15 mph will not cause much blowing or drifting snow.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Wednesday.
