Subject: Green Alert – Missing Endangered Person – Shawn Jacobs
The Sun Prairie Police Department is issuing a Green Alert to locate a missing endangered person, Shawn Jacob. A Green Alert is issued for at-risk veterans that are missing. Shawn was last seen yesterday
afternoon, February 13, 2019, in the City of Sun Prairie, WI. Shawn may be in the Madison, Milwaukee, or Lake Wisconsin area.
Shawn is 38 years old, 5’11”, approximately 230 lbs, with short brown hair. Shawn is driving a 2008 White Ford F-150 truck with a black tonneau cover bearing Wisconsin Truck Plate HT9619. One of the truck windows may be broken. At this time, there is no reason to believe any foul play is involved in his disappearance. If seen, please do not try to approach or contact Shawn; please call 911 or your local police department.
