After a lengthy investigation, Detectives arrest Brittany Asfahani for Willful Cruelty to a Child

SUSPECT: Brittany Asfahani, 29 years old, resident of Yucca Valley
VICTIM(S): Confidential – Four juveniles
SUMMARY:
On Monday, August 12, 2018 at approximately 7:48 p.m., deputies from the Morongo Basin Station responded to the 7300 block of Joshua View Drive in the town of Yucca Valley, to investigate the report of child abuse at the location. After conducting the initial investigation, the Morongo Basin Detective Bureau assisted with the investigation. All the victims are known to Asfahani, however due to confidentiality issues the relationships are not being disclosed.
After a lengthy investigation, Brittany Asfahani was arrested for PC 273a(a) and booked into the Morongo Basin Jail on Wednesday, February 13, 2019. During the investigation, it was determined that Brittany Asfahani is on felony probation for a previous charge of PC273a(a), Willful cruelty to a child.
