Ritchie Ave. will be closed at Springfield Pike to all traffic from February 19- 22. The road will be closed between the hours of 7am - 5 pm each day and will reopen during the night. Springfield Pike will continue to be one lane of traffic in each direction in the same area during similar hours due to additional work being done on Springfield Pike.
