* At 420 AM PST, gauge reports indicate hourly rainfall rates of 0.10-0.30" of rain per hour falling across portions of northwest Oregon and southwest Washington. This will result in areas of urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Between 0.50- 1.50" of rain has either already fallen in the past several hours or will fall over the next several hours in the advisory area.
