* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for... Southeastern Clatsop County in northwestern Oregon... Northwestern Clackamas County in northwestern Oregon... Northwestern Polk County in northwestern Oregon... Yamhill County in northwestern Oregon... Northwestern Lincoln County in western Oregon... Tillamook County in northwestern Oregon... Columbia County in northwestern Oregon... Multnomah County in northwestern Oregon... Northwestern Marion County in northwestern Oregon... Washington County in northwestern Oregon... * At 420 AM PST, gauge reports indicate hourly rainfall rates of 0.10-0.30" of rain per hour falling across portions of northwest Oregon and southwest Washington. This will result in areas of urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Between 0.50- 1.50" of rain has either already fallen in the past several hours or will fall over the next several hours in the advisory area.
