* TIMING...Strong winds will develop by early afternoon, then will continue through the afternoon and evening.
* WINDS...Westerly winds will increase to 25 to 35mph...with gusts of 40 to 50mph at times.
* IMPACTS...Travel will become difficult...especially on north- south oriented roads such as I-55, I-155, and I-57. Loose outdoor items will be blown around and minor tree damage will be possible.
