* WHERE...Coast Range of Northwest Oregon, above 1000 feet in elevation.
* WHEN...Through 8 AM PST Monday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions on the Coast Range passes. Additional heavy snow appears possible later Monday through Tuesday morning, but details remain uncertain. Stay tuned as additional watches and warnings may be issued.
