Narrative:
On 02-08-19, a male juvenile used a vehicle to run over and assault a female adult.  As a result, the female adult suffered life-threatening injuries. 
 
On 02-08-19, at approximately 8:14 PM, deputies with the Thousand Oaks Police Department responded to a report of an assault with a vehicle in the parking lot of the Thousand Oaks High School.  During the investigation, deputies learned a theft occurred and an adult female attempted to stand in front of the suspect vehicle to prevent the suspect(s) from leaving.  A male juvenile used his vehicle to hit the victim, causing her to fall to the ground.  The male juvenile then continued driving and ran over the victim, causing life-threatening injuries.  The male juvenile left the scene of the incident.  Deputies later contacted the male juvenile near his residence.  He was arrested for PC 245(a)(1) - Assault with a Deadly Weapon and booked at the Juvenile Justice Center.
