* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches expected.

* WHERE...Lowlands of western Skagit County, including Anacortes, Mount Vernon, Admiralty Inlet Area, Port Townsend, Port Angeles, and Sequim.

* WHEN...From noon Friday to noon PST Saturday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. Local blowing snow could contribute to reduced visibility.

* AFFECTED AREAS: ADMIRALTY INLET AREA ... EASTERN STRAIT OF JUAN DE FUCA ... WESTERN SKAGIT COUNTY
