The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flood Advisory for... Franklin County in central Ohio... Northern Fairfield County in central Ohio... Northwestern Pickaway County in central Ohio... Delaware County in central Ohio... Southeastern Clark County in west central Ohio... Licking County in central Ohio... Madison County in central Ohio... Union County in central Ohio...

* Until 930 PM EST Thursday.

* At 323 PM EST, radar indicated an area of heavy rain moving into the advisory area. Additional rainfall in excess of an inch will be possible over the next several hours. Pockets of heavy rain may lead to instances of flash flooding, so heed all subsequent warnings should they be issued.

* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks, streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding. Some locations that will experience minor flooding include... Columbus, Newark, Dublin, Westerville, Reynoldsburg, Grove City, Delaware, Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Hilliard, Marysville, Pickerington, Worthington, Bexley, Heath, London, Granville, Jefferson, Pataskala and Powell.
