The National Weather Service in Wilmington has extended the
* Flood Advisory for... Fairfield County in central Ohio... Hocking County in central Ohio... Pickaway County in central Ohio...
* Until 500 PM EST.
* At 127 PM EST, minor flooding was continuing across the region. With recent rainfall, the rate of water receding from area roadways has slowed. Be alert to possible flash flood warnings with additional heavy rain likely later this afternoon into the evening.
* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways and underpasses will continue to occur. In addition, farmland near creeks, streams and drainage ditches will continue to experience minor flooding. Some locations that will experience minor flooding include... Lancaster, Circleville, Logan, Nelsonville, Ashville, South Bloomfield, Bremen, Williamsport, New Holland, Hide-A-Way Hills, Logan Elm Village, Hocking Hills State Park, Starr, Royalton, Fox, Amanda, Stoutsville, Laurelville, Murray City and Sugar Grove.
