* Until 100 AM EST.
* At 757 PM EST, local law enforcement reported that several roads across the area remained closed due to high water from the heavy rain that fell earlier today. Residual flooding issues will likely persist through the evening hours.
* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways and underpasses will continue to occur. In addition, farmland near creeks, streams and drainage ditches will continue to experience minor flooding. Some locations that will experience minor flooding include... Lancaster, Chillicothe, Circleville, Logan, Nelsonville, Ashville, South Bloomfield, Bremen, Kingston, Williamsport, Bainbridge, New Holland, Hide-A-Way Hills, Logan Elm Village, Hocking Hills State Park, North Folk Village, Starr, Royalton, Frankfort and Fox.
