Sea fog continues to persist along the immediate coast and downwind of the waterways. These conditions may slowly improve towards the early afternoon.

* VISIBILITY...1/4 mile or less.

* DURATION...at least through noon, but may need to be extended in some locations.

* IMPACTS...Greatly reduced visibilities to affect travel safety.

* AFFECTED AREAS: LOWER PLAQUEMINES ... HARRISON ... ORLEANS ... HANCOCK ... UPPER JEFFERSON ... ST. CHARLES ... JACKSON ... LOWER JEFFERSON ... UPPER PLAQUEMINES ... ST. TAMMANY ... UPPER ST. BERNARD ... LOWER ST. BERNARD
