Clermont County in southwestern Ohio... Fayette County in central Ohio... Eastern Hamilton County in southwestern Ohio... Northern Brown County in southwestern Ohio... Warren County in southwestern Ohio... Clinton County in southwestern Ohio... Greene County in west central Ohio... Western Highland County in southwestern Ohio... Southeastern Montgomery County in west central Ohio... Southwestern Madison County in central Ohio...

* Until 115 PM EST.

* At 1014 AM EST, radar indicated an area of heavy rain with storm totals up to 1.5 inches. Additional rainfall of up to a half to three quarters of an inch is expected through early afternoon.

* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks, streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding. Some locations that will experience minor flooding include... Cincinnati, Kettering, Beavercreek, Covington, Mason, Xenia, Lebanon, Norwood, Springboro, Fort Thomas, Newport, Washington Court House, Sharonville, Wilmington, Monroe, Blue Ash, Loveland, Reading, Montgomery and Madeira.
