* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. Areas of dense freezing fog will also limit visibility to below one half mile through the day. Freezing drizzle later today and tonight transitioning to light snow could result in treacherous travel with lowered visibilities due to strong wind.
