PCH Reopened, Kanan & Malibu Cyn open, Topanga closed PCH to Grand View Dr 
Caltrans has reopened all lanes on PCH following closure due to mud and debris earlier today. Kanan and Malibu Cyn Rd remain open in both directions, but Topanga Cyn is closed between PCH and Grand View due to debris.
Caltrans anticipates reopening Topanga this evening.
Motorists should be cautious of possible rocks and debris in the roadway or falling from hillsides, particularly on canyon roads.
