2/01 – 6:23 p.m. – Police received a call from a witness of a domestic disturbance, which occurred in the parking lot of the Cozy Acres Mobile Home Park. The altercation was between two females who are related. One subject was taken into custody. On February 3rd the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office charged the defendant, Paige M. Denzer age 20 of Millstadt, with the following:
Domestic Battery – Bodily Harm: In that the said defendant, knowingly caused bodily harm to the victim, a family or household member of the defendant, in that she bit the victim on the right arm. A Class A Misdemeanor, Category A Offense.
Bond was set at $5,000.
