1/31 - 5:07 p.m. - Police responded to a residence on Liederkranz Lane, for a damage to property report. A subject had arrived home and found someone had struck his mailbox, and had left the scene. A neighbor's security camera captured the incident on video, and police began looking for the suspect vehicle. They located the vehicle, and found the driver was a juvenile, who admitted to striking the mailbox and not notifying the property owner or the police. Restitution was offered by the juvenile's parents, and the property owner declined to prosecute.
