Dense fog can be expected across parts of western and southern Central Alabama overnight. Therefore, visibility may drop to one quarter mile or less at times. Conditions will slowly improve by around 10 AM. The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 10 AM CST this morning.

* VISIBILITY...may drop to one quarter mile or less at times.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions are possible in areas of reduced visibility.
