Kanan now open both directions - Closures on PCH & Malibu Cyn Rd still in effect. All evacuations lifted. 
Kanan Dume Rd is now open in both directions. Road closures on PCH, between Broad Beach Rd and Las Posas in Ventura County, as well as Malibu Cyn Rd, from Seaver Dr to Piuma, remain in effect.
All mandatory evacuations were lifted Saturday evening. Residents returning to their homes are urged to remain vigilent of potential mud or debris slides.
The Flash Flood Watch remains in effect through Sunday morning.
