Road Closures Re-opened, Voluntary Evacuation Warnings lifted

All road closures have been opened in Burbank, with the exception of Walnut Avenue near the DeBell Golf Course Course, where crews are still cleaning the roadways of mud and debris. Thanks to everyone for your patience.

Voluntary evacuations for Country Club Drive above Via Montana have been lifted. However, the road closure remains in effect as Public Works crews remove mud and debris.

The Stough Canyon and Wildwood Canyon hiking and recreation areas will remain closed until further notice. Following prolonged periods of heavy rain, these areas will require city personnel to assess conditions and conduct debris removal and clean-up operations as necessary. Keep in mind that closures in the recreation areas could last several days beyond the conclusion of the anticipate rain storms due to heavy ground saturation and unstable trails. Please be safe and adhere to all hillside closures.
