Due to flooding, Garlock Road is currently closed. Use high caution on Neuralia Road north of Honda test track due to possible runoff flooding and high winds in area.
Windy conditions expected to continue for the next few hours.
Use caution when traveling on roadways and use headlights for higher visibility.
