* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills of -25 to -45 below zero this morning. Snow for late afternoon through early overnight with accumulations of 2 to 4 inches expected.

* WHERE...In Indiana, Newton and Jasper Counties. In Illinois, Kane and Will Counties.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until noon CST today. For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to 3 AM CST Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Plan on slippery road conditions from late afternoon through early overnight. The hazardous conditions will impact the evening commute.
