* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills of -25 to -45 below zero this morning. Snow for the mid afternoon through early overnight with accumulations of 2 to 4 inches and locally higher expected.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until noon CST /1 PM EST/ today. For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 2 PM CST /3 PM EST/ this afternoon to 3 AM CST /4 AM EST/ Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Plan on slippery road conditions from mid afternoon through early overnight. The hazardous conditions will impact the evening commute.
