UPDTAE 8:11AM 1/30/2019:

The business telephone lines at the Arcadia Police Department have been restored and the Police Department is currently receiving calls on our "Non-Emergency" lines.  If during this outage you were unable to make contact with the Police Department, we apologize for the inconvinience and truly appreciate your patience.  Although, phone service is restored, there are some, non-critical, areas of the Department that are currently unable to receive or make phone calls.  If you are calling directly to a specific phone extension and you receive a busy signal, please hang up and call: (626)574-5151.  Police Department personnel will assist with getting you connected to whomever you are trying to contact.

Again, it is important to note that 9-1-1 service was not effected during this phone outage.

Technicias are still working to fully restore the phone service throughout the Police Department building and we should be back to 100% function soon.

Update: 7:10 pm

The business lines are still not functioning.  Although technicians are on site and working to repair the problem, the police department cannot receive incoming phone calls. 

If you have an urgent matter or emergency, 9-1-1 is still operational. 

Thank you you for your patience, we are hopeful to have the problem repaired soon.

The Arcadia Police Department's business (non-emergency) telephone lines are not working. Repairs are in progress. This outage is not affecting 911 lines. We will post an update once the telephone lines are functioning correctly. ^DC

Arcadia PD phone business phone service is almost fully restored. Residents, Business owners, and others needing conduct business with the Police Department may do so. 9-1-1 was not effected throughout this outage.
