* WHAT...Snow. Very cold wind chills expected. Additional snow accumulations of up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. Wind chills as low as 25 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast and southeast West Virginia.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 3 PM EST this afternoon. For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 1 PM EST Thursday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
