DEARBORN, Mich. –  Out of concern for customers and employees in light of Wednesday’s bitterly cold temperatures and wind chills, most Dearborn city government offices will be open, but for the limited hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
These hours apply to the Dearborn Administrative Center, where most city services are housed, and all three Dearborn libraries.
The Ford Community and Performing Arts Center (The Center) will be open for its regular hours, although some services will be curtailed. These are swim lessons, adults with special needs programming, babysitting services, senior services and SMART transportation.
The Dearborn Ice Skating Center will open two hours later and will be in operation from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Public Safety services are unaffected.
Conditions may change the hours of operation for all city facilities. Visit www.cityofdearborn.org or the City of Dearborn’s Facebook page or call 313-943-2000.
