Winter Parking Ban
Due to the pending snow storm, the City of Somersworth has declared an emergency parking ban; no on-street parking will be allowed beginning at 9:00 PM on Tuesday, January 29, 2019, and ending on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 8:00 AM. All vehicles parked on any City street during the ban will be ticketed and towed.
A special parking exemption will be made for the downtown area to assist with businesses and restaurants along: 1) Market Street from the Berwick Bridge to Main St; 2) High St from Constitutional Way to Main St; and 3) Main Street from John Parsons Drive to Market Street, where parking will be allowed until 11:00 PM Tuesday, January 29.
