Wind Chill Warning until 07:00PM Wednesday

* WHAT...Black ice continuing. Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero expected.

* WHERE...Fayette OH, Pickaway and Fairfield Counties.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, from 4 AM to 7 PM EST Wednesday. For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST this morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 7 PM Wednesday to 1 PM EST Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: FAYETTE ... PICKAWAY ... FAIRFIELD

Instructions:

A Wind Chill Warning means the combination of very cold air and the wind will create dangerously low wind chill values. Frostbite can occur quickly and even hypothermia or death if precautions are not taken. A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving. A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will combine to create low wind chills. Frostbite and hypothermia can occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and gloves.
