Wind Chill Advisory until 01:00PM Thursday

* WHAT...Black ice continuing. Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero expected.

* WHERE...Bracken, Robertson and Mason Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST this morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 7 AM Wednesday to 1 PM EST Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: HIGHLAND ... ROSS ... HOCKING ... BROWN
