This morning at 0652 Hours, an adult male jogger was struck by a Gray Kia on Clarksville Rd. in front of WWPHS South. The Kia sustained passenger's side damage (mirror) and fled the scene south on Clarksville Road. The WWPD Traffic Bureau is requesting assistance in attempting to identify the vehicle and its driver.
