UPDATE - ARRESTED - Locate: Patrick Tillmon, Jr.; Suspect; Shots fired investigation

Update on 1/23/19:
Patrick Tillmon has been taken into custody.

Update on 1/16/19:
A warrant has been issued for the suspect’s arrest.
He’s been identified as Patrick Tillmon, Jr. (27-years-old). See attached photo. He is 5’8 tall and 280lbs.
He is considered armed and dangerous.
He faces multiple charges including Assault 3, Misconduct Involving a Weapon 4 and Reckless Endangerment. He could be facing additional charges.
If you have any information on the suspect’s whereabouts, including surveillance video, call 911 or Crime Stoppers (907-561-STOP) to remain anonymous.
The two people arrested on the outstanding warrants have been identified as:

  1. Anetelea Opetaia (31-years-old). He had an outstanding felony warrant.
  2. Natasha Beasley (30-years-old). She had multiple outstanding warrants. She also faces additional charges of Resisting Arrest and False Information (she lied about her identity to officers).
Update 3 a.m.:
After an extensive search, officers were unable to locate the suspect and have cleared the area. During the search, two people, not connected to this investigation, were taken into custody on outstanding warrants.

SWAT is in the area of 11th Avenue and Gambell Street conducting a suspect search in reference to a shots fired investigation.
The preliminary investigation found that around 9:15 p.m., officers with the Patrol Division were investigating a report of shots fired in the 1100 block of Gambell Street. After talking with witnesses, they spotted the suspect on foot. The suspect fired his weapon and fled. Due to the suspect’s behavior, SWAT was activated to conduct the search.
No one was injured.
There are no road closures at this time. However, there is a large police presence in the area as officers search for the suspect. Residents are asked to stay indoors as officers investigate.
