The City of Mount Vernon is declaring a SNOW EMERGENCY. This will go into effect today, 1/22/2019 at 6pm and remain in effect until 6pm tomorrow 1/23/19. Please remove all vehicles from designated snow routes, or they may be ticketed and impounded. .
