* WHAT...Wintry mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain expected. Total snow accumulations of less than one inch and ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch expected. Precipitation changing to rain around or shortly after midnight as temperatures rise above freezing.

* WHERE...St. Clair, Livingston, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Wayne, Lenawee and Monroe Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 2 AM EST Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
