Winter Weather Advisory until 01:00AM Monday

* WHAT...Snow. Dangerously cold wind chills expected. Wind chills around 30 below zero expected tonight. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 3 inches possible. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Southeast Webster, Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Monday. For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 AM EST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH

Instructions:

A Wind Chill Warning means the combination of very cold air and the wind will create dangerously low wind chill values. Frostbite can occur quickly and even hypothermia or death if precautions are not taken. A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties.
